Manufacturing
The quality of our products is a major strength in our sales growth. All our products use surface mount technology and we are continually looking for ways to enhance our manufacturing processes to take advantage of the latest world-class best practices and remain at the forefront of cost-effective manufacturing in Christchurch. Development
Our development group consists of approximately 200 design engineers. Their skills range from RF circuit design to CAD to DSP, to software – and the list goes on. Our development staff not only get to work on leading-edge technology, but also receive the benefits of our matrix structure to ensure that their learning development is well nurtured.
