Who we are

Damwatch is a highly respected niche professional engineering consultancy specialising in dam engineering, dam safety and surveillance, and water and other renewable energy resources.

Based in Wellington, we work on projects throughout New Zealand - in the office and on-site - with an expanding overseas workload. Staff will have an opportunity to travel within New Zealand, and potentially overseas.

Damwatch prides itself on its close-knit and supportive culture. We have a strong collegial learning environment, and provide quality training to keep our skill levels at the forefront of the industry. With eight staff each with over 20 years experience in dam and water resource engineering, we are able to support, mentor and develop our staff potential. Our resulting reputation ensures exciting and ambitious projects that provide specialised and satisfying careers. We operate a flexible workplace.
