Madison was formed in 1998 by Wynnis Armour and Marisa Fong with the intention of creating a warmer, more human and individual approach to personnel recruitment. This has resulted in a track record of client retention second to none and a fantastic reputation amongst candidates. We are proud to have been voted New Zealand’s favourite large recruitment agency in the latest SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards.
