Accolades for Naylor Love include winning the New Zealand Registered Master Builders’ Supreme Award for Commercial Project of the Year in 2003 with the Information Services Building at the University of Otago, and again in 2006, for constructing the Columba College sports centre in Dunedin.
We have been category finalists every year since 2003 and have been category winners on five occasions. In 2007 we were finalists in three categories and won two of these.

Naylor Love operates divisional branches in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown, and project offices in Hamilton, Wanganui and Palmerston North. Our projects are varied and have included shopping centres, community swimming pools, schools and universities, hotels and luxury accommodation, refits of historic buildings and museum exhibitions.
The company is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council and is a founding supply chain member of the New Zealand Construction Clients’ Group, to promote and nurture the practice of ‘Constructing Excellence in New Zealand’.
We currently employ 370 team members, comprising 150 construction management and administration staff, 180 qualified trade staff and 40 apprentices.
