The YMCA is one of Australia’s largest and best-known not-for-profit organisations. With a community-based ethos, the YMCA delivers professionally designed recreation, childcare, accommodation, training, youth programmes and services to thousands of Australians every day as it seeks to build strong people, strong families and strong communities.
We currently operate five Long Day Centres throughout Western Australia (WA) and 25 Out of School Hours Care Centres. We also operate kindy programmes, in-home care, family day care and parent support programmes. We believe that each child is unique, capable and curious, with the inbuilt strength and tremendous potential to be the master of their own learning. Our aim is to nurture these vital qualities with warmth and understanding to enable all children to grow and develop in body, mind and spirit.
