How to start the transfer process

Step 1: Logon on to www.pensiontransfers.co.nz and submit the fact finder form on the website, print off the letter of authority, sign and send it back to our office at:

Step 2: Once we receive your information we will send the relevant documents to the UK along with a request to transfer your pension to New Zealand.

When we receive a written response from the UK we will contact you as further information might be required such as:

• Completion of transfer papers from your UK provider
• Confirmation of employment in New Zealand
• Copy of New Zealand Passport
• Copy of P45

Step 3: We will then set up your compliant New Zealand Superannuation Fund to enable your UK pension to be received in accordance with current legislation in the UK and New Zealand.
