This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the Working In’s Online Service ("the Service") including participation in the Service’s Forum facility ("the Forum").

Use of the Service by You

Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service and for preventing unauthorised use by other persons.

Working In is the owner of the copyright in and underlying intellectual property of the Service. Use of the Service does not confer upon you any rights in that intellectual property.

Other than connecting to Working In’s servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to Working In’s servers by any means – including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, Working In and/or the Service.

All other information and material you supply or communicate to the Service is governed by Working In’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Use of the Forum

Working In moderates the Forum content and does not promise that all contributions will be posted. Working In reserves the right to decide the content of the Forum, including editing posted contributions and not posting contributions it believes may contravene these terms.

Working In does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by users of the Forum.

You agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language, or to place on the Service and/or the Forum any material which is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not place on the Service and/or the Forum any material which is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorised advertising, invades anyone’s privacy, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any law or regulation. Working In does not promise that posted content is free from such prohibited content.

You agree to allow Working In to post your username if your contribution is posted. Working In will retain the email addresses of contributors solely for record purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to the Service and/or the Forum does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party – or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.

Postings to the Forum are not private. You grant Working In and its designees the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, transmit and distribute any information or material you supply or communicate to the Service via such postings, in any medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses by Working In .

All other information and material you supply or communicate to the Service is governed by Working In’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Shopping Terms & Conditions

Purchasing from Working In
Working In shopping gives customers the ability to purchase items that may enhance your experience of the Service.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using our real-time online transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their transaction details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Products are subject to stock availability.

Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax) where applicable. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Security
The eCommerce suite we are using is in conjunction with DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) and the major trading banks in New Zealand. The service uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session to acquire your details and process the payment. Our security status is verified by an Elite SSL certificate.

In addition, to prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Working In has a strong privacy policy relating to all information that you provide through this web site and we will take all reasonable steps to prevent any data being inappropriately released or misused.

Delivery
There are a number of worldwide delivery zones, and delivery charges are calculated within your shopping basket based on the delivery zone. Freight costs are based on weight, the item you have ordered and where the item is to be delivered. Items will be delivered using International Air delivery or equivalent and timing will vary depending on the destination of delivery.

Refund Policy
Workingin.com works hard to ensure that you receive full value from the services you purchase. However, please note that once your order has been processed the sale is considered final and any deposits made are non-refundable.

Changes to terms and conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Each time you use the Service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions applicable at that time. We provide a link to these Terms & Conditions at the bottom of every page of the website.

Jurisdiction
The laws of New Zealand apply to these Shopping Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
