An opportunity exists for an experienced Process or Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Mechanical & Electrical (Industrial) Group, based in Auckland.
The person we seek will have 10+ years experience in some, if not all, of the following areas:
• Project scoping and definition
• Design of chemical process equipment (tanks, piping, pressure vessels, mixers)
• Design of hazardous fluids storage and handling systems
• Working with a multi-discipline design team
• Construction contract management
• Construction monitoring or supervision
• Process equipment commissioning
• Understanding of resource consent process
• Understanding of HSNO legislation
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities with both existing and new clients in the Auckland region.
The ability to demonstrate a track record or client relationships in the chemical processing, petro-chemical, pulp and paper or timber processing industries would be an advantage.
Good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-discipline team are essential
