They are seeking highly talented individuals who have experience as Consultants, Managers or Senior Managers working with a tier 1 consulting firm or leading industry organisation. In particular, they are seeking professionals within one or more of the following areas of expertise:

Strategy and operations excellence skills in Competitive Strategy; M&A; Lean Six Sigma, Lean Green and Cost transformation; Market and Customer Strategy; Supply Chain; and Programme/Portfolio Management.

IT Advisory skills including IS strategy, architecture definition and road map development.
*
Human Capital consulting skills in change management strategy and planning, organisation design, talent and performance management, and Human Resource strategy and process transformation enabled by technology.
*
Industry experience within Banking, Telecommunications, Energy, Healthcare and Public Sector.
