Our clients network monitoring solutions have a reputation for excellence second-to-none. Its products are deployed globally and operate across a wide range of network links and speeds, capturing 100% of data, removing data-path restrictions and increasing network performance and security. Typically operating at Gigabit speeds and above, Endace solutions are deployed in some of the fastest and most complex network environments in the world, run by some of the world's largest and most successful organisations.
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the lifecycles of its Application Software product range. You will be dealing with a commercially significant portfolio and take responsibility for the development, design, delivery and management of the lifecycles of world leading network monitoring software across the product portfolio. Your effectiveness in this role will directly impact on Endace's product lines meeting their revenue, margin and growth objectives - including the introduction of new, high-growth, applications. This role will also working with software partners and Top Tier international customers.
You will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related technology field, backed by at least seven years in a product management or related experience from product marketing or technical roles in a telecommunications or networking environment. You will have considerable experience in taking software to market and managing the product lifecycle. Your analytical abilities will be matched by excellent project management, relationship building and negotiation skills. Appropriate experience in the network security software market, including critical competitive analysis, will set you apart.
Our client will also look to build on your experience working with large customers on an international level. Previous engagement with security or network operations for global service providers, government or high-end enterprise customers would be advantageous. You will be expected to work closely with their engineering teams in taking specified products from concept to delivery and be comfortable co-ordinating across the entire supply and delivery chain.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, it is expected that you will travel internationally a few times per year and be confident in working with geographically distant teams and customers.
