Schering-Plough Animal Health, a leading multi-national pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their Engineering team based at Upper Hutt, New Zealand
The Position:
The Validation Engineer supports the Site by controlling and developing the site validation plan. This includes ensuring all validation work including new and re-qualification work for classified rooms, equipment, and processes is managed to maximise the use of company assets while all GMP, corporate and legislative compliance requirements are met.
The Person:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; science, technology or engineering.
Sound validation and manufacturing experience in a supervisory capacity with a minimum of five years validation experience.
Prior experience will have been gained in a process industry such as vaccine manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacture, Dairy, Brewing, Petrochemical or Pulp and Paper manufacture.
Experience with GMP, GLP or ISO 9000 in a production environment advantageous.
