Senior Consultant - Financial

An opportunity exists for a savvy and experienced recruiter to take a Senior Consultant role in Madison Financial (covering accounting, insurance, banking and finance). As there are already existing relationships in place, you will be responsible for growing and developing these relationships to the next level. There is a strong team structure in place, working with others within the business including your peers, your Team Manager, the National Business Manager and Key Account Managers.  You will also be supported by researchers who will assist in the management of candidates.

We are looking for an engaging person with high levels of integrity, credibility and a focus on long term relationships. You must be an experienced recruiter, but it isn't necessary to have recruited in this sector before. We aren't after someone who will just sit back and fill, you will be expected to have a say in your own, your team and the company's journey.
