We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced transportation engineer in our Tauranga office.
Here’s your chance to take an active role in traffic and transportation related projects, including traffic impact assessments, transportation studies, safety auditing, strategy studies and traffic signals.
In this role you will work closely with traffic, planning and transportation team members on infrastructure projects, and advise on traffic management, design and road safety aspects to be considered in design and construction projects.
There will also be opportunities to provide technical assistance to other offices nationally and internationally, and to develop and build strong relationships within the traffic and road safety industry, specifically Land Transport NZ, Transit New Zealand, and local authorities.
You will be qualified with a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), BE (Civil) or similar with 3+ years experience in traffic related projects. A knowledge, and understanding of New Zealand land and traffic standards is highly desirable, but not essential.
