As lead broker, you will focus on clients in South Island and some North Island relationships as appropriate – there is no rigid geographic remit.
You will need to demonstrate a track record of building a comparable business or client base and excellent financial market/broking/advisory technical expertise.
Additionally, you have obtained all necessary NZX qualifications. You also understand the importance of a rigorous compliance regime and will be adept at applying this regime to your team.
Preferably you have an existing client base. You are a leader; someone able to recruit and lead a team of wealth management advisors/share brokers.
Your impeccable track-record with top calibre broking firms or private banks will lay the foundation for your ongoing success with the firm.
