Our Hamilton based environmental policy and strategy group is committed to achieving positive sustainable outcomes by providing planning and RMA advice for the company’s significant new wind and geothermal electricity generation projects. Policy support is also provided for existing hydro and thermal generation assets.
A vacancy has occurred for a tertiary qualified Environmental Advisor with experience in working with the Resource Management Act, and in providing advice on policy and planning processes and land management issues. Project management experience is also highly desirable.
This role will offer the successful applicant the chance to be involved right from the grass roots level in major power industry projects, to work closely with a highly professional team including internal colleagues and external consultants, and excellent personal and career development.
