Join the leading screw pile design, supply and installation company in New Zealand. Working on major projects including commercial construction, road and rail bridges, pipe lines, pylons, retaining walls and slope stability structures.
To be the right person for this role you will be a highly competent Structural/Geotechnical Engineer looking to help lead the company with your innovative solutions in all aspects of the business.
Within this role you will have seismic design theory with an understanding and experience in bridge and retaining structural design. Prerequisites for this role include:
- BE (civil) and Chartered Professional Engineer or working toward Chartership.
-At least 5 years experience within a design office.
-Ability to work in a close knit team.
-Strong communication skills.
- Lateral thinking and problem solving ability.
- Commercial acumen.
- Computer literate, well organised, numerate and competent in design or estimate calculations, accuracy and etail important.
- Able to demonstrate competence in documentation and quality control procedures regarding design and construction quality control.
- The ability to argue or present views in a competitive open discussion environment.
