A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and energetic construction Site Manager to work for one of New Zealand's fastest growing and most successful construction companies. They are nationally recognised and specialise in light to heavy commercial and industrial construction and have built a reputation in this sector for providing 1st class service and results to their clients, while also looking after their employees.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager who has proven New Zealand experience on commercial projects over the value of USD 2M. You will need to have an excellent understanding of all types of construction from new build to refurb projects and be competent with facets of concrete, steel and timber construction.
To be successful in this position you will need to come from a trade background and have at least 10 years commercial construction experience at Site Management level.
You will be a people person with experience dealing with Clients, Architects, Subcontractors, Progress & quality reporting and Health & safety issues.
