This Auckland based Construction Company has been developing a wide range of commercial and industrial projects around the City for the past 50 years. Due to the reputation they have established over the past 50 years they have picked up a number of projects and therefore require qualified, experienced Site Managers to run these sites.
This client has a background in new build projects, including commercial and industrial schemes upto the value of USD 20million. These projects are in the Auckland region, therefore you will not be required to travel hours to the sites.
They are currently looking for experienced Senior Site Managers for a number of large new build commercial projects that are due to commence in the Auckland region.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:
o A trade background
o At least 10 years proven Construction Site Management experience on large Commercial projects over USD 5m
o Be competent with facets of concrete, steel and timber
o Experience with new build and refurb projects
o Experience dealing with sub contractors, monitoring attendance, progress and quality reporting, health and safety issues and liasing with clients
