A Global Investment Bank wishes to recruit an accomplished Corporate Finance Associate to their team in Auckland.
The successful candidate will be involved in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Company Valuation work across a number of industry sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Valuation and Modelling Analysis
• Strategic and M & A advice
• Research
• Presentations to clients
The successful candidate will ideally have a corporate finance background, demonstrated modelling and valuation experience gained from working in the corporate advisory area of an investment bank, stockbroking or chartered accounting firm, or you may have research or business analytical skills gained from a Fund Manager, Bank or Corporate.
The ideal candidate will have a very strong academic background with excellent communication skills, with a good knowledge of accounting, legal and commercial principles. You will be a team player with a high level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
