Beca Geotechnical's hydrogeology team is one of the most highly regarded in New Zealand, as evidenced by our rapidly expanding hydrogeology client portfolio.
We currently have a wide range of interesting and different projects that you could be involved with. In addition to groundwater developments for water supply (deep ground water bores), our hydrogeologists are skilled at identifying, evaluating, mapping, modelling and monitoring the effects of construction on groundwater flow and developing mitigation strategies and design solutions (tunnels and excavations).
The range of technical skills we are looking for include:
* Scoping and managing field investigations including drilling crews on site.
* Data analysis for ground water flow modeling
* Preparing technical specs and contract documents
* Preparation of written reports for clients
But, equally important will be your ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, bringing your specialist technical skills and sharing your skills and knowledge with other team members.
