Due to promotion the position of Divisional Manager Construction has recently become available. Based in the highly successful Hamilton office this position is ideal for a high calibre civil candidate looking for that next progression in their career. As part of the regional divisional team you will be instrumental in directing that division in the right direction.
You will have overall control of the departments within your division and will deliver services through a mix of internal and external resources. Projects will vary over time but have traditionally been involved with construction aspects of drainage, excavation, surveying and design and build; specifically in the water and roading sectors.
As a specialist in your field you will already have a good level of civil and construction experience. Ideally all or some of that experience will come from the road or water sector but other skill disciplines such as bridge, sub-division, piling, pre-cast work will be welcomed. You will already have experience in some level of management position such as department or project manager and have a proven track record of excellent leadership and communication skills.
This is a top position and as such the company in question are going to be looking for the best people out there. With that in mind a very competitive salary as part of an overall package will be offered to the successful candidate. In an ideal world the perfect candidate will be waiting to start but more likely you will be employed elsewhere and as such there is a clear acceptance of any given notice.
