A team lead role on the North shore of Auckland with top NZ Bank. Residency Assured.
Take the Lead and manage a team of functional and technical testers within our clients Technology Solutions Quality Assurance and Testing Team. This position is responsible for identifying test resource requirements, allocating work and performance managing a mixed team of contract and permanent Test Analysts.
In order to excel applicants will need the following skills and experience:
Solid knowledge of all levels and types of testing (functional, non-functional and UAT)
Technical understanding of Microsoft platforms and development technologies.
An understanding of SDLC methodologies and ISTQB test standards and terminology
Experience with Test Management or Test Leading essential
People Management skills in mentoring and managing staff preferred
This role will play a key part in developing and improving skills and service within the QA and testing environment of the client's Technology Solutions.
