They require your expertise as a Land Development Manager to lead their team in based in Christchurch reporting directly to the Office Manager.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Land Development engineering division, which includes managing all resources, people management, developing business opportunities, and client relationships.
Key attributes sought include:
Tertiary qualified, BE or similar
Min 6 years experience in the civil land development arena
Proven client relationship management skills
Commercially aware
Thrive on challenge
Excellent communication skills
