We are looking for a talented and professional Sous Chef for our fantastic restaurant in Greytown. We are proud to be finalists in Cuisine Magazine Restaurant of the Year for the third year running and we love what we do!
You will be joining a small but tight team of chefs, where you will be cooking delicious food, ensuring our consistently high standards are met and being committed and passionate about what you do.
Our style of food draws from all corners of the Mediterranean with Italian, Spanish, Moroccan and Moorish influences - your ideas and input into new menus will be a key part of your job, so if you are creative and want to see your dishes in print, or if you are keen to learn a new style of cuisine, this job is for you.
