MWH's Asset Management services encompass the whole asset management continuum - from preparing strategic planning documents through to data collection - and the whole asset life cycle - from acquisition, through operations, maintenance, renewal and rehabilitation, to disposal. By having one team capable of working across all levels, we have the ability to approach problems from all angles, meaning we can identify and address the root causes of issues, not just the symptoms.

We are looking for enthusiastic people in all of our key service areas, which are described below:
Business Consulting - for executive and strategic level business management needs. Business Consulting services include:
* Guidance and templates for Asset Management and long-term Strategic Planning;
* Development of Service Levels that reflect customer and business drivers;
* Corporate Governance and operational reviews;
* Performance and compliance monitoring and review;
* Risk and Programme management;
* Contract management design and review;
* Revenue and finance advice on valuations, depreciation, funding strategies and financial models.
System Development - for assistance with business processes and IT requirements supporting effective asset management. System Development services include:
* Preparing asset registers and asset management plans;
* Data management and analysis for optimised decision making;
* 'Spatial' data management using Geographical Information Systems (GIS);
* Asset data management using Asset Management systems;
* Planning and forecasting assistance, including deterioration modelling;
* Data collection, including specialist acquisition equipment.
Operational Support - for help with data collection, management and analysis. Operational Support services include:
* Proactive development of integrated Decision Support Systems;
* Business Process and Workflow review and development;
* Addressing organisational structure and user needs;
* Characterisation of assets and data needs;
* Definition of data frameworks and data management rules;
* Validation of existing data;
* Optimisation of IT systems to meet enterprise-wide needs.
