Your experience, ideally 5 years, will be from civil infrastructure background, would include piling, heavy concrete, marina building, bridges, road, rail, earthwork, drainage.
You should have an established and proven track record at Project Manager level and have shown skills in leadership on a number of occasions. Budget experience is highly desirable, as is the ability to coach and train staff in order to maximise their potential.
Reporting to the Auckland Manager you will be responsible for an established team of Project leaders, Team Leaders and Engineers, specialising in civil infrastructure projects. With a high level of technical competency, your aim will be to drive improvement in project practices and efficiently manage resources such as plant and personnel throughout your team. You will set project objectives including programming, safety and quality, environmental and financial.
The successful candidate will be available as soon as possible but within reason the company will be able to wait for the right person. A highly competitive package will accompany the role levels of which will be determined by the experience of the successful applicant.
