Your experience up to Project Manager level is without question but you need that something to drive you on again and give you the chance to develop your career at the same time. This innovative and well reputable company is looking for just that. Currently taking on an enormous roading infrastructure project, they are looking for a Project manager with ATMS, STMS, TMPs, experience, to head up their Traffic plan and implementation team.
Based in South Auckland, this role will see you work on a large infrastructure project managing a team dealing with the traffic management plan. After the planning stage you will also be responsible for managing the team who will be implementing this plan. You will be the head project manager for this task, and so be responsible for, quality control, management of staff, budgeting, and in short the man in charge to carry out this task.
Your experience will be from a contracting background, such as road, rail, earthworks, piling or drainage, candidates with STM or ATM experience will have a definite advantage. You should have an established and proven track record at Project Manager level and have shown skills in leadership on a number of occasions. Budget experience is highly desirable, as is the ability to coach and train staff in order to maximise their potential.
