This is your opportunity to act as the general manager and single point of contact for a key financial services industry account.
As the Account Executive you will have full accountability and authority for client relationship. You will ensure end-to-end delivery of a range of services. Responsibility will cover service excellence, client satisfaction, contract performance, operational business planning and sales/business development. You will achieve and exceed profitable growth, financial and performance targets to improve client satisfaction. This role will also see you expanding EDS' Market position and long term growth opportunities.
Key to securing this role will be your experience in successfully managing client relationships at C level and track record of effectively delivering services. You will be able to motivate staff in a matrix environment to ensure the delivery of services. This role will draw on your ability to effectively managing finances, your negotiation expertise and your conflict management skills.
