Delivery Suite and the Women’s Assessment Unit is a challenging environment and an equally rewarding workplace, offering great variety caring for clients with complex needs and also providing care for birthing women in caseload service.
We offer you financial support for your APC (Annual Practicing Certificate) and MSR (Midwifery Standards Review) and availability/access to extensive educational opportunities. We have the flexibility to offer 4, 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.
Do you have…?
- commitment to work with and contribute to a maternity service providing
secondary/tertiary care
- proven oral and written communication skills
- the ability to use your initiative whilst working within a multidisciplinary team
- the desire to learn and embrace new opportunities and challenges
What does ‘Core’ mean?
Core in the Delivery Suite and the Women’s Assessment Unit means you will be based in this area rotating between Ward 54 Antenatal (AN) and Ward 55 Postnatal (PN) for one month during the first year of employment and one month per year after that.
