Our client is a well established Australasian corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital raisings. The company has a reputation for providing innovative solutions to their corporate clients and for being very creative and successful in the Australasian market.
As a result of business growth they wish to appoint a Senior Associate/Associate Director with approximately 3-5 years experience who is immediately capable of transacting deals and with the potential to originate business. The position will involve working closely with the Directors in Auckland as well as associates in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a very strong academic record, preferably in Finance, excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of motivation, energy and drive, with the potential to execute deals in the future.
This position will suit a candidate who would like to work in a refreshing and positive culture, who has a successful track record in investment banking and the potential to progress eventually into an origination role. Investment bankers based in Australia or the UK looking to return to NZ will be considered very favourably and there is a real opportunity to progress to Associate Director level in the future.
