The Corporate and Leveraged Finance Unit of a major bank is currently experiencing considerable growth and seeks the services of an accomplished Business Analyst to provide industry sector, analytical, credit and operational support to Senior Relationship Managers.
Responsibilities will include:
• Cash flow lending and mergers and acquisitions
• Cash flow modeling including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow movements etc.
• Analysis of financial information and preparation of credit submissions, preparation of reviews and processing legal documentation
• Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities, presenting to clients and negotiating and participating in client functions.
We seek a great communicator with excellent financial analysis and problem solving skills with three to four years analytical experience either from a corporate, chartered accounting firm, or bank. If you have a tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or similar and wish to make the transition into corporate banking with the potential to progress into relationship management then this could be an ideal role.
