Our client is a clear leader in providing M&A and Corporate Finance solutions. This represents a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit team dealing with a broad spectrum of significant clients in Auckland.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• Valuation and modelling analysis
• Strategic and M&A advice
• Origination of M&A transactions
• Project work including feasibility analysis and litigation support
• General business advisory services

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 – 5 years corporate finance experience with a sound knowledge of valuation, finance and accounting concepts. We seek a great communicator with a high level of computer literacy including financial modelling with the ability to prioritise and multitask. The culture in the Auckland office is distinctive in that you will be working in a collegial, family orientated team yet working on some very intellectually challenging mandates.
