This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to knowledge of the influence of Antarctic ice sheets on global climate, in particular on effects in the SW Pacific region.

The Antarctic Research Centre seeks a research fellow to investigate ice sheets, climate and sea level change and their influence in the SW Pacific region.

The position requires a PhD or equivalent degree in Geophysics or another relevant discipline and 3-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas; ice sheet modelling, Antarctic glaciology, oceanography and sea level change. A strong publication record and experience in communicating with diverse audiences are essential.
