Are you a structural or civil engineer with an interest in dams, water retaining structures or heavy civil engineering? If you have design flair and are looking for interesting and rewarding work in a stimulating environment of unique projects, we would like to hear from you. We are involved in the analysis and design of dams and their associated structures. Each dam is a unique and interesting structure and we regularly work on new structures and strengthening of older ones, working with mass concrete, reinforced concrete and steel. Damwatch is New Zealand’s only specialist niche consulting company whose work is solely directed towards dam safety and dam engineering. We are involved right through from determining design criteria to detailed design, safety reviews and peer review of designs by others. We have recently completed a world-leading foundation remediation project in New Zealand.
