Position: IT & Technology, Systems Analyst
A new role for a Systems Analyst who has knowledge of the implementation and testing of financial messaging software
The development team in Christchurch has a new role for a Systems Analyst who has knowledge of the implementation and testing of financial messaging software. ETX is an application used by our corporate clients to connect to banks, retrieve data and initiate financial transactions.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Day to day operations of the ETX systems and related applications
- Setup and execution, and monitoring of various system components of both our production and non-production environments
- Production support requiring monitoring and analysis of escalated issues
- Regression testing the ETX environment which includes stress testing and bench marking
- Identifying, communicating and resolving issues
- Liaison between ETX development and our internal customers
You will require:
- Experience with the software development lifecycle
- Experience in financial systems implementation and the monitoring production systems
- Knowledge and discipline in testing procedures including developing testing processes and practices, functional testing scripts, creating test designs, and documenting all processes
- Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Experience in financial message formats/protocols (FedWire/ACH, SWIFT, Edifact, ETEBAC),
- BizTalk 2004/2006+
