Electrix currently has vacancies for a number of Supervisors with experience in a large Distribution Network for its Auckland operations. There are many opportunities for personal growth and professional development in this exciting and challenging role.

Your main duties will be to lead and supervise distribution crews to ensure they are consistently providing outstanding service to our business partners and their customers.

Skills and Qualities Required: 

• Recent experience in all aspects of electricity distribution networks.
• A proven track record in Health, Safety and Quality.
• Significant experience in faults, maintenance or project / capital works.
• Ability to lead and create an atmosphere that gets the best out of people.
• Ability to manage staff to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations.
• Proven team management experience, 5 years or more.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to write / present reports.
• Excellent problem solving with the ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and organise a team.
