We are currently recruiting an Occupational Therapist to manage a clinical caseload across both community and Residential Services.
A LITTLE ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client operates in the rehabilitation sector providing high quality assessment and rehabilitation to clients who have suffered an injury. They have more than 200 clinical staff, working together in interdisciplinary teams to provide a broad spectrum of services to clients with different types and severity of injuries.
A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility, you will
· Manage a caseload of clients according to clinical best practice and sound business principles
· Develop and maintain a positive relationship with funders
· Supervise and support a team of Rehabilitation Coach Assistants
· Conduct clinical sessions and individual / group interventions
· Supervise Rehabilitation Coach Assistants in the delivery of the rehabilitation
YOU WILL HAVE:
· The ability to Register in New Zealand as an OT
· Recent Neuro / Rehabilitation or AT&R experience
· The ability to lead and support staff while managing a case load
