Ideally you will also have some experience in general civil work to complement your extensive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Structural analysis and design of structures
* Preparation of Construction Contracts
* Mentoring Staff
* Preparation of reports and specifications
* Client relationship management
* New business development
Must have's include:
* BE Civil/CPEng
* Minimum 8 years experience
* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
* Commercial savvy
