As a senior level professional, you will be one of the key team leaders, with responsibility directly to either Senior Associate or the Company’s Executive Director.
The successful applicant will have a wide ranging experience and skills in traffic and transportation engineering.
You will use your skills to contribute across all levels of tasks undertaken by New Zealand’s leading specialist traffic engineering and transportation planning consultancy. You will be involved in the following:
* Project management;
* Client liaison and development;
* Supervision of Transportation Engineering teams;
* Traffic engineering analysis and design;
* Proven ability to liaise proactively with clients and to prepare Transport Assessments for road network projects and/or property development schemes
* Preparation and presentation of reports, evidence and studies.
We seek candidates who are experienced, confident and enthusiastic, and who enjoy the challenge of a wide and interesting portfolio of projects.
Key attributes sought include:
* A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or equivalent, preferably with post graduate qualifications;
* At least ten years relevant experience;
* An excellent standard of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately;
* Experience and ability in managing projects, dealing with clients, and supervising the work of other professionals.
