Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of medical devices, exporting to over 110 countries globally. The OSA business is responsible for designing and delivering innovative hardware and software solutions for the successful treatment and ongoing patient management of OSA.
In this role you will be a critical link between web and software development and our international markets. This will require you to interpret and understand web & software technology and communicate key product marketing concepts through detailed product training to our international sales offices and distributors. Your role will include understanding specific market dynamics and customer needs to assist development of future innovative web and software products while assisting with technical troubleshooting and customer support for existing product and developing marketing materials for our sales force.
As our products are sold into both clinical and commercial environments you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to the different audiences.
In addition to a relevant tertiary qualification you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial development including experience in web development, SQL databases, OO Architecture and design and full SDLC from requirements to delivery. This will be complemented with an additional 2-3 years experience in product management and marketing.
