* A tertiary qualification in civil engineering along with 15+ years experience in the civil infrastructure arena
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Good design and job management skills
* Demonstrable experience with mentoring junior engineers
* Proven Client relationship management
* Strong business development/commerical savvy
* Excellent communication skills
