Purpose Statement
The Fellowship is an opportunity for recent PhD graduates to add to their research record while contributing to a specific research programme within the University.

Key Accountability Areas
The Fellow is required to:

1. Undertake research on the research project as advertised

2. Undertake any other duties as specified by the Project Leader and/or Head of School.

3. Maintain accurate and tidy records of experiments in a laboratory notebook

4. Participate fully in the Academic activities of the Department/Institute/School in which they are working

5. Provide a written report on the research and progress to date at the 12 month anniversary and at the conclusion of the Fellowship

6. Devote themselves full time to University duties

7. Diligently and faithfully serve the University and use their best endeavours to promote and protect the interests of the University.

8. Maintain confidentiality both during and after the appointment as Fellow.
