Our work includes assistance with strategic planning and direction for local and regional councils and assisting both public and private enterprises with a wide and interesting range of urban and rural developments. Specific service areas include:

Management of the resource consent application process for both modest and large scale developments

The assessment of environmental effects as required under the RMA

Strategic plan development
 
Consultation with local communities, iwi and other affected parties

Preparation of evidence for applications to the Environment Court

As a result of significant growth, we are looking for Planners at all levels of experience, with a bachelor degree in Resource Planning or equivalent, and sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act.  Candidates must be eligible for full membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute.
