Guidance and templates for Asset Management and long-term Strategic Planning;
Development of Service Levels that reflect customer and business drivers;
Corporate Governance and operational reviews;
Performance and compliance monitoring and review;
Risk and Programme management;
Contract management design and review;
Revenue and finance advice on valuations, depreciation, funding strategies and financial models.
Systems Development
Preparing asset registers and asset management plans;
Data management and analysis for optimised decision making;
'Spatial' data management using Geographical Information Systems (GIS);
Asset data management using Asset Management systems;
Planning and forecasting assistance, including deterioration modelling;
Data collection, including specialist acquisition equipment.
