Product Test is an integral activity to R&D and our focus is on helping the team to develop better products rather than old fashioned QC/QA.

This is an opportunity for a Team Leader ready to lead a team through innovative and iterative product test cycles and at the same time plan for the next testing project. The team you’ll lead is responsible for testing digital hand portables and mobiles.
Pre-requisites are a proven track record of leadership, enthusiasm for testing and excellent testing skills. The ideal candidate is likely to have embedded systems experience, will be familiar with the principles of Software Testing, understand and be able to apply different test approaches (including exploratory testing) and combine people management skills with the drive, commitment, ability and desire to make a difference. Experience with at least one scripting language (we use Python for test automation) would be an additional plus.
