Servicing a large geographic area we’re also able to offer roles in small rural communities or slightly larger centres. As a DHB we lead the way in many respects when it comes to innovations in rural health delivery in New Zealand.
You can be assured we’ll take care of small business practice management leaving you to focus on what it is that you do best – medicine. Regardless of the area in which you choose to practice you’re supported by teams of PRIME trained Practice and Rural Nurses ensuring patients get the quality of care you believe in delivering. You’re also supported by an active network of GPs and a base or local hospital within easy travelling distance.
In addition we offer competitive relocation and remuneration packages (you’ll be employed under a Multi-Employer Collective Agreement).
