You will have a postgraduate qualification (preferable a PhD), or equivalent, in an area relating to the building industry. Applications will be considered from individuals having a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds and research interests but there is a preference for Quantity Surveying and professional registration. You will contribute to the teaching of undergraduate programmes in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and participate in research programmes and supervise research students.

You will be an enthusiastic researcher wishing to use your qualifications and experience to enhance the performance of the building industry. We would expect you to contribute to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes related to the construction industry.
