You will have a postgraduate qualificaiton (preferably PhD), or equivalent, in an area relating to the building industry. Applications will be consideered from individuals having a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds and research interests. A research interest in sustainable buildings, or healthy and energy efficient buildings will be an advantage. You will contribute to the teaching of building technology papers for students enrolled in undergraduate programmes in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, Property Valuation and Property Management. In addition you will participate in research programmes and supervise research students.
