This is no ordinary opportunity - we seek a top notch structural engineer to join our clients vibrant, fun loving, supportive team in the Far North.
You will be joining the company at an exciting time and working on a variety of projects including buildings, foundations, retaining walls etc....Ideally you will also have some experience in general civil work to complement your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
• Structural analysis and design of structures
• Preparation of Construction Contracts
• Preparation of Reports
• Establishing and building on new and existing relationships
• Winning new and repeat business
• Preparing submissions in response to tenders and client requests
Key attributes sought:
• BE Civil or equivalent and preferably CPEng or working towards
• A minimum of 4 years experience within the structural field
• Sound NZ experience/familiarity with relevant NZ Standards/Building Codes
• Experience with programmes such as Microstran and Autocad
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
