We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to manage the IT systems for our Hamilton R&D Cantre.If you are degree educated and have extensive experience of building, maintaining, supporting and administering Windows and Linux systems, this role may be the one for you.

Reporting to the IT Manager in Auckland, You will be  a whizz at providing faultless support for the network infrastructure. Your friendly and open communication style and perfect written and spoken English will enable you to work easily with a variety of different people and departments internally. Your time and workflow management skills  will be first class, and you will have no difficulty  in setting priorities for your workload in this busy and technically advanced environment.

Technically, you will have advanced working knowledge of supporting and maintaining a mixed Windows and Linux environment, including Active Directory support. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.

As part of the ITS team, you will be directly responsible for the maintenance and support of our global ITS infrastructure.
